End-to-end digital signage specialist Saturn has further developed its Connectvision technology to take audiences on an interactive, touch screen journey.
The trade’s response to the possibilities that iVision presents for the cinema industry encouraged Saturn to roll the technology out to its wider retail, leisure, corporate and public sector clients, who could also benefit from the diversity that interactive displays deliver.
“Trailervision has really come into its own over the last two years and the soft-launch of our interactive version, iVision, will hopefully show our customers how we can help take their user-driven cinema technologies to the next level,” said Saturn’s CTO, John Hamersley.
“But iVision’s capability to deliver new media retail promotions, loyalty campaigns and alternative content opportunities has potential far beyond cinema. It’s easy to envisage how this could be deployed in shops, airports, hospitals, call centres, sports stadia and indeed any venue looking to engage a captive audience more creatively. We’re already talking with a number of clients who are keen to test its capabilities and look forward to developing our interactive offering for a range of digital signage environments.”
With 12 years in the industry, Saturn has developed an enviable reputation as ‘the digital signage experts’. Its award-winning portfolio boasts some of the most cutting-edge digital signage executions to date through its work with commercial brands including British Gas, Ernst & Young, JD, Odeon and Volkswagen; as well as major public sector organisations.
